Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Divine Gifts Solar LLC, a solar broker based in Fontana, CA. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What a quote is

When you submit the form, you are asking us to prepare an estimate. That is all it is. It costs nothing, it commits you to nothing, and it is not a contract, a credit application, or an offer capable of acceptance.

Any figure we give you before a site check is an estimate. It depends on your roof, its orientation and shading, your actual usage, your current Edison rate plan, what the utility and your city will approve, and what equipment is available. Numbers can change after we physically look at the property, and we will tell you if they do and why.

A binding price exists only in a written agreement signed by both of us.

Production and savings estimates

Estimates of how much power a system will produce, or how much you will save, are projections based on modelling and on the rates in effect when we prepare them. They are not guarantees. Utility rates, rate plan structures, export compensation rules, weather, and your own household usage all change, and all of them move the result.

Where a specific production guarantee or warranty applies, it will be written into your signed agreement with its own terms. Nothing on this website creates one.

Financing and tax

The $0-down options are a power purchase agreement, under which you pay nothing upfront and buy the electricity the system produces at a rate set out in the agreement, and a financed purchase, under which you own the equipment and the APR depends on your credit. You do not own the equipment under that structure, and because you do not own it you are not eligible to claim any federal residential solar tax credit on it.

We are a broker, not a contractor: we do not install systems and we do not hold a contractor’s licence. We are also not tax advisors, accountants, or attorneys, and nothing on this site is tax, legal, or financial advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation before relying on any incentive, credit, or deduction.

Using the site properly

Please do not:

• Submit someone else’s details, or details you know to be false.
• Use the quote form to send bulk, automated, or junk submissions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
• Scrape, copy, or republish the content of this site commercially without our written permission.

The text, design, photographs, and layout of this site belong to Divine Gifts Solar LLC or to the people we licensed them from. Brand names and trademarks mentioned on the site, including equipment manufacturers, belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the products our partners install.

Links to other sites

Where we link out — to the CPUC, to Edison, to a manufacturer — we do it so you can verify what we have written against the source. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content.

Accuracy

We take real care with the numbers on this site and we cite where they come from. Rules, rates, and product specifications change, and pages can go out of date between updates. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it. For your own bill and rate plan, Edison is the authority.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing here limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and nothing here limits your rights under your signed installation agreement or under California consumer protection law.

Your cancellation rights

If you do go on to sign an agreement with us, California law gives you cancellation rights, and those rights are set out on the agreement itself. Read that document. Do not rely on this page for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
